About Canopy Airport Parking

Canopy Airport Parking, the premier choice for affordable parking at Denver International Airport is a cooperative project of Greenscape Capital and Propark America. Located on Tower Road, just north of Peña Boulevard, Canopy offers Indoor Valet, Covered Self-Park and Open-Air Parking.

The Canopy Airport Parking facility is approximately 46 acres and has over 4,200 parking spaces. The completely enclosed Indoor Valet staging area is approximately 23,500 square feet. The partially enclosed Indoor Valet storage area has approximately 500 parking spaces, and an area of 3 acres. Covered Self-Park has over 1,000 parking spaces, and an area of 7 acres, all under a single contiguous reflective roof. Open Air Parking has over 2,700 parking spaces on 22 acres.

The construction of Canopy began in spring 2010, and Canopy Airport Parking first opened for business at their Tower Road location on November 24, 2010.

We Are Green

Employing solar, wind and geothermal energy generation, and using biodiesel, CNG, and hybrid shuttles, Canopy is one of the world’s greenest airport parking lots. Located near E-470, Tower Road, and Peña Boulevard, Canopy is easily accessible from all routes to Denver International Airport. 

Canopy’s eco-friendly shuttled provide complimentary 24-hour service between DIA and Canopy’s Tower Road location. Greenscape Capital enhances profit through energy savings and environmental efficiency. Propark America operates over 500 parking facilities nationally, offering customized parking management solutions. Canopy Airport Parking is LEED-certified Gold and Green Garage Certified by the Green Parking Council.

Propark America and Greenscape Capital created Canopy Airport Parking as a practical demonstration of a variety of energy savings and environmentally responsible technologies. Canopy Airport Parking is the first airport parking facility to employ a broad variety of green technologies, and Propark along with Greenscape, hope to employ the knowledge gained by the construction of Canopy at a variety of locations around the world.
